Neon Pigeon, a popular izakaya restaurant in Singapore, is heading to Hong Kong this January to take over Cruise Restaurant and Bar at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong for a three-night guest shift. Head chef Sean Mell and beverage director Mario la Pietra will be in town to present the Neon Pigeon Feed Me menu and limited à la carte menu of food and drinks. Recommended are the Skull Island prawn roll, grilled tsukune, and Chilean seabass. Over at the bar, try the Japanese Drifter gin-based cocktail with yuzu and bergamot liqueurs and the non-alcoholic Kalamansi Cooler. Book a table now.
Covering the hottest new eats, the best places to play, offbeat takes on local culture, and so much more, Localiiz is every Hongkonger’s destination for how to live a well-rounded life in our vibrant city. Why the strange spelling? Well, Localiiz is designed to be your “local eyes”—and for that, you need two i’s.
