Hong Kong’s leading cultural and social destination, Duddell’s, is delighted to announce details of “Curve of Buoyancy,” a group exhibition that brings together notable works collected by four eminent female collectors and will go on show from 6 February to 20 June 2021.
Curated by Zoie Yung, local curator and feng shui practitioner, the exhibition will showcase a total of 16 artworks, comprising works collected by Mimi Brown, Karen Levy, Li Lin, and a local private collector. Displaying a cross-pollination of objects, medium and styles collected by female patrons, “Curve of Buoyancy” is a prime showcase of shifting art ecosystem, giving the public an opportunity to see the unique perspectives and aesthetics that female collectors bring through their collections.
Covering the hottest new eats, the best places to play, offbeat takes on local culture, and so much more, Localiiz is every Hongkonger’s destination for how to live a well-rounded life in our vibrant city. Why the strange spelling? Well, Localiiz is designed to be your “local eyes”—and for that, you need two i’s.
