For one night only, Brut! and Crushed Wine Bar are presenting a special takeover event in collaboration with Delinquente Wine Bar and its winemaker and brand ambassador, Michael Ingram.
Presented as the Delinquente wine dinner, the limited-time meal will feature a menu crafted by chef CJ where each dish is expertly paired with a bottle from Delinquente’s fine wine selection. Delinquente specialises in producing wines using grape varietals from southern Italy while applying minimal-intervention processes, and guests have the unique opportunity to sample their products alongside beet-cured scallops, miso-glazed vegetables, threadfin with sautéed king oyster mushrooms, plump Barbary duck breast, and a delectable pandan bread pudding.
