Trick or treat! It’s time to deck out your spook-tastic costumes and candy buckets for another year of wicked celebrations as Hong Kong Disneyland welcomes Halloween! If your villainous senses are tingling, prepare to meet up with your mischievous counterparts at this year’s Disney Halloween Time. From 13 September to 31 October, delve into the stories of Disney’s most beloved maleficent characters as they return to the park.

Embracing the Halloween spirit, the devilishly chic Disney villains turn Hong Kong Disneyland into Halloween Central. And for the first time, iconic Disney heroes will be present as well as villains, making their first-ever appearance in pairs: Journey through the theme park and stumble across characters from Walt Disney Animation Studios classics, including the Queen and Snow White from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Maleficent and Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty, and the Queen of Hearts and Alice from Alice in Wonderland. Marvel fans can expect fan-favourite duos like Loki and Thor, with many more pairings in store.

What’s more, the adorable Mickey and Friends and Duffy and Friends characters will be dressed up in Halloween-themed attire to celebrate as well!

In this wicked company, an array of bewitching Halloween experiences and traditional trick-or-treat activities await to be discovered. Hosted by a villainous ensemble, from Cruella de Vil of One Hundred and One Dalmatians, to the Queen, Queen of Hearts, and Hades from Hercules, the House of De Vil-lains show takes you on a journey full of heart-pounding music, mesmerising projections, and artistic villain-themed installations.

Meanwhile, the other award-winning musical, “Let’s Get Wicked,” brings even more Disney villains to the stage. The festivities are further elevated at “Mickey’s Halloween Time Street Party!” where Mickey and Friends and Duffy and Friends’s party on Main Street U.S.A. is crashed by the uninvited stepmother and step-sisters from Cinderella. While exploring each twisted attraction, don’t forget to take part in the Trick-or-Treat Trail by visiting various pumpkin stations and asking cast members for tricks, in order to receive Halloween treats in exchange.

The laughs and surprises never end, as there are more immersive Disney Halloween experiences yet to come. The River View Café will be hosting Jack Skellington’s The Nightmare Before Dinner, which features delicious, unlimited entrées. Fans of The Nightmare Before Christmas will rejoice over Jack Skellington, Sally, Oogie Boogie, and other inhabitants of Halloween Town making a special appearance at the feast.

A brand-new series of Halloween-themed merchandise is also available to embrace your inner villain (or hero). To wrap up the festive celebrations, you can book a stay at one of the park’s resorts, to extend your marvellous night or participate in its Halloween-themed activities, such as arts and crafts workshops, balloon twisting tutorials, and the Halloween Starlight Picnic.

Celebrate Halloween in wicked style, and embark on a villainous Halloween journey at Hong Kong Disneyland. Find out more here.
