Drunken Pig Roast Party

Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge will be bringing Rum Run to a close on Sunday 8^th September from 3pm where they will be hosting a Drunken Pig Roast Party! $200 HKD entrance fee will cover five food stations with free-flow rum punch: RIVER STREET – pastrami pork belly with a fried egg, Carolina mustard sauce and Southern slaw; U.S. CHICKEN – chicken thigh confit with pâté, sweet pickles and hot chili slaw; TYPHOON SHELTER OKRA with fried garlic, scallions red chilli and black beans; SAUSAGE & CHEDDAR PIE with country sausage, smoked cheddar, hot water dough and black pepper gravy; GEECHEE RICE – coconut, fresh herbs, smoked tomato oil and fried onions; MAGNOLIA - buttermilk biscuit, blueberry jam, lemon and brown butter, and rum sabayon. Time to get your rum on!
