Are your kids budding photography enthusiasts? Let them unleash their potential and hone their snapping skills in a four-day Kids Winter Photography Workshop hosted by Michael Kistler! With a three-hour session every day from 27 through 30 December, the workshop will take young participants through the tricks and trade of street photography through fun exercises and artistic exploration, culminating with the completion of a mini-portfolio of images ready to be shared!
The workshop will focus on two new core skills: portraiture and after-dark, encouraging participants to use their cameras to create dynamic art from Hong Kong’s amazing lights and cityscape. From light and composition to motion blur and depth of field, your kids will have a chance to learn an array of techniques that will help them take their photography to the next level!
Kids joining this workshop must be 11 to 15 years old and have a basic understanding of manual controls on a DSLR or mirrorless camera that allows manipulation of aperture, shutter speed, and ISO.
