Embark on an unexpected wine pairing journey and uncover elegant German Riesling wine paired with indigenous Cantonese delicacies at the hotel award-winning Chinese restaurant Dynasty. The gastronomic adventure features crispy deep-fried shredded bitter melon and prawns sautéed in mayonnaise dressing paired with the fruity and lively Dr. Loosen Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett, Mosel, Germany 2019.
