Freespace Dance 2024 is back for another year at the West Kowloon Cultural District, taking place from 21 November to 15 December. Guests can expect a dynamic programme featuring four contemporary dance works choreographed by local and international talents, under the theme “Re: Time and Space.”
From sharing sessions and workshops to post-performance meet-and-greets, the programme will be filled with exciting activities. Hong Kong dance artist Daniel Yeung will stage a premiere of Freespace Dance-exhibitionist, Thai choreographer Kornkarn Rungsawang will present Mali Bucha: Dance Offering, Greek avant-garde artist Dimitris Papaioannou will present Inside and Backside, and Austrian choreographer Florentina Holzinger will present Tanz with an all-female cast.
