What better way to welcome back good vibes and the warmer weather than to raise a frosty glass of Frosé, Maison Libanaise’s refreshing summer libation? Head to the Lebanese canteen for a Frosé renaissance, back for a fourth summer from Saturday 13 June (in honour of National Rosé Day), as the team serves Frosé all season long from Le Comptoir, Maison Libanaise’s ground floor takeaway, as well as for guests dining in Le Salon, the first-floor restaurant and on La Buvette, the lush green rooftop.
Made from churned frozen rosé wine, with the addition of fresh raspberry purée topped with a sprig of vibrant mint, Frosé is available all day by the glass (HK$58). Those looking to make the weekend a long, leisurely celebration are invited to the rooftop to enjoy an exclusive food and drinks pairing ($228), with two glasses of vibrant Frosé alongside a hearty Lamb Manoushe to share between two. One of Chef Jad Youssef’s signature dishes, the Lamb Manoushe is served on a bed of traditional Lebanese flavours; Hearth-baked Pita Bread generously topped with spiced lamb, pomegranate molasses and herbaceous mint, finished off with crunchy, pickled vegetables. Available from 3-7pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, dine-in only on La Buvette.
Maison Libanaise will be serving ‘Frosé All Day’ from 11am, seven days a week until the cool weather comes back.
