A dream come true for food lovers, vendors, and aspiring chefs alike, the annual HKTDC Food Expo is set to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 15 to 19 August.
Whether you’re going to sample new foods, buy discounted bundles, learn how to cook new dishes, or network with other members of the food industry, there is something for everyone at the culinary event. Just like last year, there will be a Gourmet Zone, with seven themes and a wide range of delicacies, as well as a Korean food zone, transporting guests to a world of flavour.
The Intelligence Hub offers insights to both consumers and business owners, with star chefs demonstrating how to cook dishes, while talks and seminars are set to be held for food vendors to network and learn. More details regarding the hub events can be found here.
