This season, the talented Hong Kong Ballet invites you to follow the yellow brick road and discover a splendid interpretation of the children’s literature classic, The Wizard of Oz, accompanied live by the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.
Under the award-winning artistic direction of Septime Webre, this captivating production takes you on Dorothy and her companion Toto’s adventures, and their triumph over the Wicked Witch. You’ll meet familiar characters such as the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion on their quest to the Emerald City. Magical landscapes and plenty of challenging feats make for beautiful and daring choreographies performed by talented dancers.
