The Hong Kong Whisky Festival is returning for its sixth edition! Over the course of two days, spread across four floors of the InterContinental Grand Stanford, this festival is your chance to discover over 1,100 spirits, sample old and new flavours, and join a few masterclasses out of the 35 different ones on offer. All levels of whisky connoisseurs and casual appreciators are invited to exchange and learn from experts in the industry, coming from whisky distilleries the world over.
On the masterclass programme, you will find Beam Suntory’s one-hundredth anniversary class, “The Cask Story” by The Macallan, “Glenfiddich—From 15 to 30 Years Old,” as well as caviar, cigars, chocolate bonbons, and sherry pairing classes.
The InterContinental Grand Stanford is also home to Tiffany’s New York Bar, rightly dubbed the capital of whisky in Hong Kong. Connoisseurs will be pleased to know that Tiffany’s New York Bar will be home to four whiskies exclusively bottled for the festival. Before the festival kicks off, you can also join a special whisky night starring Sune Urth of Copenhagen Distillery and Katsuhisa Hirakawa.
Get your tickets here. After the festival ends, you won’t be leaving empty-handed, as tickets include a Hong Kong Whisky Festival Glencairn whisky glass!
