Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre presents: “Into the Woods”

In an effort to encourage the public to live a more sustainable lifestyle and be more in tune with nature, Lung Fu Shan Environmental Education Centre is launching its “Into the Woods” campaign, featuring a 45-minute Lung Fu Shan forest bathing taster experience and a workout guide, co-curated with the HKU Centre for Sports and Exercise. To celebrate International Forest Bathing Day on 10 September, it is also launching two Mid-Autumn Festival special events for the public to experience forest bathing at night. Participants for forest bathing must be aged 16 or above. Additional free events are open to students. Event dates will be updated continuously from August to September on its Facebook page.
