M+ Museum presents “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now,” the largest retrospective showcase of the works of Yayoi Kusama in Asia outside of Japan. Featuring more than 200 artworks, the exhibition takes place across various locations at M+ Museum. Apart from existing artworks, “1945 to Now” also includes three brand-new artworks by the artist that you won’t want to miss.
The opening of “Yayoi Kusama: 1945 to Now” will coincide with M+ Museum’s first anniversary. The exhibition revolutionises the approach to Kusama’s artistic career over the past seven decades and highlights the transformative power of art, the artist’s signature aesthetic, and her longing for interconnectedness. Tickets are available for online pre-order from 13 October.
