This summer, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ming Court presents the Lobster Gourmet Menu ($698) with a series of briny delicacies, available from now until 30 June 2020*.
Executive Chef Li Yuet Faat has carefully curated the menu by sourcing premium ingredients like Boston lobster, fish maw and Australian Wagyu beef for an authentic Cantonese cuisine experience.
Highlighted dishes include:
· Fresh Lobster Claw, Chinese Huadiao Rice Wine, Egg White, Steamed
The silky smooth egg white steamed with aged Huadiao rice wine and meaty lobster claw brings a complex texture.
· Fresh Lobster, Spring Onion, Sautéed
Sautéed to a precise temperature, the lobster tail remains tender and succulent.
· Lobster, Crispy Egg Noodle, Superior Soup, Fried
The extra crispy egg noodle absorbs all the flavors of the superior soup and lobster.
· Bird’s Nest, Pogostemon, Whole Pear, Double-Boiled
This is a nourishing dessert suitable for all seasons. The whole pear filled with bird’s nest is double-boiled in a sweetened soup with pogostemon and a hint of aged tangerine peel.
