For a limited time only, Sri Lanka’s popular Ministry of Crab is popping up at Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong! Helmed by Japanese-Sri Lankan chef-restaurateur Dharshan Munidasa, the restaurant, recognised on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, specialises in elevating the exceptional seafood found in the region, including the succulent mud crab, transforming bounties of the sea into delectable crustacean dishes.
Ozone and Ministry of Crab have teamed up to present a special five-course menu for the occasion, starting with a crab liver paté with Melba toast and a syrupy treacle made from the kithul plant, native to Sri Lanka. Continue with the avocado crab salad and supersized garlic chilli prawn, before arriving at the main event, the famous pepper crab, for an explosion of flavour. A coconut crème brûlée ends the meal. Book your table here. Do note that the Ministry of Crab pop-up menu is available from Wednesdays to Sundays.
