Highlight is the golden yellow broth, with pork stomach rich in vitamins, bringing high-quality protein, and fish maw also rich in protein with a good source of collagen, beloved by ladies for its skin benefits.
The entire set extends to an array of popular side dishes such as Hanging Premium Sliced Angus Beef Short Ribs, Deep-fried Homemade Bean Curd with Seaweed Rolls, Freshly Made Egg Noodles and Salted Egg Yolk Fish Cracklings, along with two new specialties – Handmade Squid Ball and Pork Dumplings presented in a lovely flower shape.
For a special Mother’s Day surprise, through collaboration with boutique bespoke floral design company He Art Florist, a beautiful mini floral arrangement “The Firecracker” is available as an add-on to hot pot orders at $428. Inspired by the brand’s signature hot pot “The Drunken Pot”, the bouquet of protea (sugarbushes), carnation and dancing doll is available via the online platform for delivery with the hot pot on 9 and 10 May 2020 (Mother’s Day), for orders placed before 5 May 2020.
