Aqua’s electrifying night brunch concept returns on 28 September! Happening every Saturday night till further notice, guests can indulge in all-you-can-eat maki rolls and sashimi as well as a selection of signature dishes and desserts from the restaurant’s Japanese and Italian kitchens while live music, DJ sets, dance performances, an LED art show, and a Champagne sabre demonstration provide hours of entertainment. Highlights include the new tiger prawns with seasonal Japanese vegetable tempura, Angus beef carpaccio with rocket salad and black truffle mayo, lamb cutlets with honey and mustard mayonnaise, and more.
