Stockholm’s very own Restaurant AG, ranked ninth on the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, is coming to Fireside, Hong Kong’s open fire grill restaurant, for an epic collaboration! Fireside recently entered the same list as the seventieth best steak restaurant in the world, and the first in Greater China and Hong Kong. In celebration of this achievement, and as part of the World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants’ “The Rare Tour” collaboration dinners, Martin Kjall of AG and Jaime Ortola of Fireside have concocted an eight-course four-hands menu for your dining pleasure.
The Restaurant AG x Fireside experience is expectedly meat-centric, and will include AG’s signature dish, the Grand Cru, a 40-day-dry-aged and 100-day-tallow-aged rib-eye with Swedish red and white cattle. Also on the menu, a Stone Axe Wagyu slider, a flamed Stone Axe Wagyu with beef garum, oyster on the coals with Wagyu, the bone marrow “Flintstone” with beef tartare, the grilled artichoke flower with Wagyu Cecina and caviar, grilled codfish necks, an array of sides, and the AG mud cake for dessert.
