Tai Kwun Contemporary is excited to present the first exhibition in Hong Kong that explores the notion of queer and the city’s LGBTQ+ community through artistic expressions and perspectives. Drawing inspiration from different artists from Asia and its diaspora, the exhibition addresses several queer mythologies, at home and aboard, in a historical inspection of what it means to be queer from the 1940s to the 1990s.
