Without a doubt the biggest event to headline the Leisure and Cultural Services Department’s Art@Harbour initiative, “TeamLab: Continuous” is a large-scale outdoor installation showing from now till 2 June at Tamar Park.
TeamLab, the Japanese interactive digital art collective, is back with a stunning public art installation. “Continuous,” on water and on land at Tamar Park, is an eye-catching display: Hundreds of egg-shaped art sculptures light up at night, with colours and sounds changing according to visitors’ interaction with the art.
In Tamar Park itself, trees are also illuminated to continue the theme. Not only is it a visually immersive experience, but this exhibition most importantly aims to remind us of the continuity and interconnection between urbanity, humans, and nature.
Open from 6.30 pm till 11 pm every day, admission is free but entry is limited, so to secure a ticket, you must pre-register your attendance on Klook. Bookings are made available every Monday for the coming week, with same-day tickets also added at 1 pm each day. Do note that tickets are only valid on the selected date.
