The Italian Charity Day at Sandy Bay

This year marks the 36^th Anniversary of ‘The Italian Charity Day at Sandy Bay’, the biggest charity event organized on the first Saturday of December by the Italian Women’s Association (IWA), a registered non-profit charity association. The event will take place on Saturday 7th of December 2019 from 10 am to 5 pm in the gardens of the ‘Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital’, 12 Sandy Bay Road, Pokfulam. This popular happening raises significant funds that are entirely donated to the ‘Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital’ and other carefully selected local charities. Last year, we raised HKD 1.25 M in one day only! Thanks to these amazing results, this year we will also be, once again, one of the generous sponsors of the big charity drive ‘Operation Santa Claus’, supporting many meaningful projects of local organisations in need.
