In collaboration with local young artists, Youth Square is organising a ”Chur!” Experience this September to arouse public awareness of mental well-being and positive thinking. Through a curated artwork exhibition by local talents and various interactive workshops, Youth Square invites visitors to re-adjust their pace of life and transform emotions from their hectic lives into positive energy.
The experience will be split into two parts. Part one will be held at Y Studio from 5 to 13 September while part two will be held at Y Platform from 16 to 28 September. Young local artists have been invited to partake in an artwork exhibition themed around the everyday life of modern urbanites. In an attempt to bring attention to both important and trivial stories that take place in our city, the artworks on display will be inspired by local young artists’ reflections on trivial casual conversations, psychological changes of urban people, deep inner monologues, and pressures from daily life. In addition to the artwork exhibition, participants can unwind and release stress through participating in different zones and workshops in the “Chur!” Experience. A virtual reality (VR) experience zone and interactive games will also be available, allowing participants to appreciate artwork and learn relaxation techniques at the same time.
