Rosewood’s Italian restaurants are celebrating the seasonal truffle with a series of offerings, all featuring the prized white truffle. For a casual affair, patrons can savour a selection of specials that feature the superb ingredient at BluHouse, including burrata di Andria adorned with shavings of truffle, beef carpaccio topped with Parmesan and white truffle, and the tagliolini al tartufo. For a more elevated experience, The Dining Room is offering a five-course tasting menu that showcases the rich and diverse qualities of white truffle. Beginning with the uovo soffice—poached egg with spinach, potato foam, and white truffle—patrons can also look forward to exquisite items such as homemade tagliolini with Parmesan, and white truffle and poached organic yellow chicken. The Spanish restaurant Rústico is enriching its signature Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of luxury this season by incorporating Alba white truffle into its offerings. Highlights include poached egg and Spanish potatoes topped with white truffle caps, homemade tagliatelle with mushroom jus, Parmesan, and generous shavings of white truffle, and beef carpaccio with Manchego cheese, arugula, black olive, and pine-nut dressing. To conclude, the Rústico tiramisu foam is garnished with white truffle shavings for a sweet-and-savoury experience.

Experience the rich and fragrant flavour of white truffle at LucAle this season. The acclaimed Sai Ying Pun trattoria is introducing four dishes that highlight the rare produce. The pumpkin cream combines autumnal flavours of pumpkin with slow-cooked egg, potato foam, and white truffle shavings; the raviolo gigante con ricotta is elevated with the earthy aroma of white truffle; and the zuppa Inglese—chocolate mousse and English custard layered with sponge cake dipped in Alchermes liqueur—makes for the perfect ending to your meal.

This season, Pirata is offering a limited and exclusive dining experience to truffle lovers. On 29 November only, guests are invited to indulge in a seasonal white truffle dinner which showcases the complex flavours of the coveted ingredient over a four-course meal. This white truffle season, Tosca di Angelo is introducing a series of dining experiences for patrons to indulge in. Five white truffle specials are brought to the table, all of which showcase the unique flavours of the seasonal white gem alongside homemade fettuccine, risotto Acquerello, gelato, and more. Enjoy a series of white truffle specials at LPM Restaurant and Bar! The white gem of the season is the star of a series of dishes full of aroma. The selection includes a creamy burrata drizzled with white truffle vinaigrette and topped with truffle shavings, a choice of signature homemade pasta served in a light cream sauce and sprinkled with white truffle shavings, and scrambled eggs with cream that come with generous shavings of white truffle.

Highlights of the menu include the thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil, and salmon roe, Wagyu tataki with truffle ponzu, and seasonal mushrooms kamameshi rice with truffle butter.
