Feast well and be merry with our ultimate Christmas menus guide, whether you favour classic dinners with roasted turkey and trimmings or sophisticated fine-dining affairs.

Morton’s the Steakhouse

Available on 24 and 25 December, Morton’s the Steakhouse is serving up a festive dinner menu ($1,388 per person) with appetisers like jumbo lump crab cake, seared foie gras with toasted brioche, American Wagyu fillet Rossini, and roasted turkey roulade. Pair with sides of sautéed broccolini, baked corn soufflé, aromatic herb-roasted potatoes, and smoked gouda au gratin, and hot chocolate cake and New York cheesecake for finishers. Meanwhile, the festive lunch menu ($888 per person) starts with Caesar salad or centre-cut iceberg salad before continuing on to Morton’s famous crab cakes, lobster tail, centre-cut filet mignon, and much more.

Have yourself a merry little Christmas at Feather & Bone, where the Christmas sharing menu ($598 per person) will have you feeling that holiday warmth. From the house-made “smoked brisket” pastrami and roast turkey roulade with fig and cinnamon stuffing to the sides of Brussels sprouts, creamy mash, and house slaw, Feather & Bone has the family meal covered. End the meal with a Christmas pudding, eggnog custard, and cheeseboard.

La Paloma is celebrating la Navidad the Spanish way with a lavish eight-course Christmas Eve dinner ($488 per person) on 24 and 25 December, putting forth unmissable dishes like the Ibérico ham with crystal bread, king prawn al ajillo, Australian Wagyu beef with cauliflower and piquillos, lobster paella, and more. Continue the fun with their seven-course festive menu ($450 per person) on 25 and 26 December, where crispy suckling pig with roasted vegetables and seafood traditional paella are the stars of the show.

Ask for Alonzo

Share the Christmas joy with friends and family over Ask for Alonzo’s Italian Christmas dinner ($398 per person). Available all throughout the month of December, guests can look forward to dishes like Piedmontese beef ravioli with truffle and roasted jus, and red snapper fillet with green asparagus and lemon sauce. Bacchus is celebrating its first Christmas with sophistication, presenting a Christmas Eve dinner (starting from $988 per person) on 24 December. Our favourite weekender spot is tempting us this holiday season with a Catalan banquet, available from 24 to 25 December for dinner and brunch. Inspired by his experiences as a fisherman in Alaska, the sharing spread sees seafood prepared in seven different ways, with dishes that include marinated white anchovies, prawns, razor clam risotto, and hamachi ceviche. Dessert is a chocolate whisky mousse with fish fat caramel.

Southern Italian gets a Christmas twist at Giacomo courtesy of executive chef Keith Yam. Marvel at the six-course Christmas Eve degustation menu ($2,480 per person) on 24 December, as well as a five-course festive degustation menu ($2,480 per person) on 25 and 26 December, where you can sample langoustine, homemade tagliolini, Mayura beef tenderloin, red prawn spaghetti chitarra, and more. Festive lunch sets ($1,080 per person) will delight diners with scampi carpaccio, veal ragú fettuccine, and white chocolate tart.

Bifteck will be presenting a six-course Christmas omakase menu ($1,280 per person) on 24 and 25 December, highlighting its dry-aged A5 Kobe wine sirloin and Japanese A5 snow-aged Wagyu beef amongst appetisers and dessert. Meanwhile, sister restaurant Le Rêve is offering a Christmas menu ($680 per person) featuring smoked Gillardeau oysters, Hokkaido scallop udon, roasted French quail, and slow-cooked A5 Miyazaki Wagyu rump.

Aqua Restaurant Group

Send off 2021 with Aqua Restaurant Group and their Christmas menus! Ringing in its first Christmas at its new home in HZentre, Aqua’s five-course festive dinner ($1,288 per person) is available from now until the end of the month (excluding 24 and 25 December) and includes grilled Wagyu beef sirloin with charcoal asparagus with edamame purée and sesame sauce. Common Abode

Common Abode is gearing up for a Southeast Asian Christmas at Club Rangoon, where executive chef Karisa Cheque has curated a festive set dinner menu ($688) to spoil diners with a medley of Burmese renditions and signature dishes. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, tuck into shrimp curry samosa, shan tofu, mohinga, la phet thoke (tea leaf salad), kyet sin hin (tamarind turkey curry), and buthee hin (bottle gourd curry).

Red Sauce Hospitality

Red Sauce Hospitality brings the Italian-American Christmas tradition to Hong Kong this season with a Christmas Eve menu ($1,250 per person) at Frank’s. In the tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes, the restaurant will serve bounties from the sea, such as oysters, lobster linguine, and king prawn and scallop scampi, amongst others. Mains include the shiitake-rubbed prime rib and dessert is in the form of an Oreo cookie cannoli.

Beefbar

Lai Sun Dining

Celebrate the season with Lai Sun Dining! Kick things off with a traditional seven-course Christmas Eve dinner ($1,980 per person) at Beefbar, where executive chef Andrea Spagoni has curated a menu of spot prawn caviar, roasted beef, Kurobuta pork tortelli with white truffle, and A5 Omi striploin smoked turnips. At Zest by Konichi, the exclusive festive menu ($2,480 per person) features Hokkaido hairy crab, Boston lobster, Ezo abalone, wild duck and pigeon pie or Ping Yuen chicken, and a chestnut and soy panna cotta for a meal to remember.

From 24 to 26 December, 1920s-themed steakhouse Prohibition will offer a festive dinner menu ($1,280 per person) that runs the gamut of sautéed escargots, pumpkin soup, lobster bisque, Ibérico pork rack, USDA Prime rib-eye, and more. Similarly, at Ciak—All Day Italian, the festive set lunch menu (starting from $238) will leave you spoiled for choice, counting dishes like baby octopus stew, homemade tagliatelle with Wagyu beef bolognese, pan-seared seabass, and charcoal-grilled Ibérico pork presa amongst its many options.

Osteria Marzia

Black Sheep Restaurants

Black Sheep Restaurants is offering a varied selection of Christmas lunches and dinners across four of its restaurants this holiday. For a festive meal by the Mediterranean, Osteria Marzia is offering the dinnertime Festa Dei Sette Pesci ($698 per person) on 24 and 25 December, brimming with oceanic delights from hamachi to homemade pastas and crispy amadai. At Buenos Aires Polo Club, look forward to a Festín de Navidad ($898 per person) on 24 and 25 December for lunch and dinner, where the five-course spread focuses on Argentinian steakhouse treats like lobster bisque, mashed potatoes, cuts of prime rib and chateaubriand, and more.

Crown Super Deluxe will bring the heat with its experiential teppanyaki—indulge in a Lavish Holiday lunch ($988 per person) on 25 and 26 December with A5 Kagoshima Wagyu tenderloin and sirloin, foie gras, and matcha pistachio gâteau, amongst others. Finally, Rajasthan Rifles is hosting a Christmas Eve dinner ($888 per person) on 24 December, where patrons can enjoy made-to-order chaat, slow-cooked lamb shank korma, duck madras, and more, with delightful views of the Hong Kong skyline to boot. Pirata Group

Pirata Group is making merry across its large portfolio of restaurants this season, with Pirata, Tokyolima, Honjo, Chaiwala, The Optimist, Meats, and TMK offering festive brunches and dinners from 24 to 26 December. Indulge in Wagyu beef cheek pappardelle and Christmas lamb shank at Pirata (starting from $428 per person); ceviche, grilled rump steak, and slow-cooked “secreto” Ibérico pork at Tokyolima (starting from $498 per person); and aloo tikki chaat, Old Delhi butter chicken, and saag paneer at Chaiwala (starting from $398 per person).

Meanwhile, a Northern Spanish Christmas with gambas a la plancha, truffle croquettes, and juicy lobster rice can be had at The Optimist (starting from $498 per person). Five courses of carnivorous holiday eats, such as smoked pork spare ribs, fish tacos, and roast turkey, are available at Meats (starting from $380 per person). At The Sixteenth, La Favorita presents an Italian Christmas feast (starting from $548 per person) on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Dishes include vitello tonnato della domenica, burrata, cheese wheel al tartufo, and lobster tagliatelle. Honjokko’s festive sushi club ($680 per person) will serve up madai truffle kombu, a festive sushi platter, pork belly, tempura, and more, while TMK Funk & Rolls gets down with a festive menu (starting from $348 per person) full of karaage, cabbage salad, and sushi, amongst many other plates.

Grain

Woolly Pig

Woolly Pig is offering splendid Christmas roasts this holiday, and with restaurants all across the map, it’s easier than ever to find a festive menu near you. Opt for a bistro-chic European Christmas at District 8, where the Christmas set menu (starting from $380) is available for lunch and dinner on 24 and 25 December, and includes options such as roasted chestnut velouté, beef tartare, roasted duck breast, a sharing steak, and pecan pie.

Grain is offering its Christmas roast menu ($380 per person) from 24 to 26 December for lunch and dinner, and diners can look forward to roast meats, grilled broccolini, malted roasted heritage carrots and parsnips, and dessert. Holiday by the beach with Bathers and the three-course Christmas sharing menu ($360 per person) on 24 to 26 December, where smoked duck breast, Christmas turkey, and squash rigatoni will be served.

If you are looking to combine your Christmas feast with a new restaurant experience, take the folks to Majo, where a Spanish-style Christmas family meal ($550 per person) awaits. Dine on crispy croquettes, chilled tomato soup, green-lipped mussels, guinea fowl stuffed with chorizo, and the arroz meloso de alcachofas sepia paella.

Hue, at the Hong Kong Museum of Art, will be stepping up to the plate with a four-course Christmas dinner menu ($880 per person) on 24 and 25 December, and a three-course Christmas Day lunch menu ($780 per person). Executive chef Wilson Leung welcomes guests with Coffin Bay oysters, corn blini with salmon roe, beef tartare, prawn terrine, smoked duck ham, slow-cooked turkey breast, banoffee cheesecake, and so much more. A festive champagne brunch ($450 per person) and festive afternoon tea ($680 for two) are also available.

Showmen Group

Come one, come all, to the festive celebrations at the Showmen Group restaurants! In theatrical style, Kinship, Smoke & Barrel, and Brooklyn Yakuza will play host to various Christmas lunches and dinners. Indulge in a Christmas Day menu ($588 per person) on 25 December at Brooklyn Yakuza with plates of shiitake okonomiyaki, hamachi tartare, barramundi, turkey, nori butter roasted potatoes, and Japanese Christmas cake, while Kinship’s festive menu ($488 per person) runs the entire month of December with treats such as burrata, salmon gravlax, herb-roasted turkey breast, seared bass, pumpkin and ricotta cappellacci, and Christmas pudding.

For a Southern American Christmas all throughout December, Smoke & Barrel takes us back to Grandma’s kitchen with their festive menu ($488 per person). Start with roasted pumpkin salad and smoked stew before moving on to smoked turkey and hot smoked salmon, as well the restaurant’s signature smoked meat platter of brisket and pulled pork. Pumpkin pie with soft-serve ice cream and pecan crumble round out the meal.

Alto

S&S Hospitality

For lavish dining experiences this season, check out S&S Hospitality and its portfolio of restaurants. Braza Churrascaria is celebrating with an all-you-can-eat festive dinner ($498 per person) on 24 December, where you can enjoy cuts of picanha rump and flank steak, lamb leg marinated with Dijon mustard and herbs, and suckling pig. Bouchon Bistro Français offers a three-course Christmas Eve dinner ($498 per person) on 24 December, featuring snail cromesquis, roasted Mallard duck breast, beef fillet, and pomegranate tart.

Meanwhile, Bombay Dreams is doing a festive tasting menu ($518 per person) during lunch and dinner on 24 and 25 December, where Indian delights such as jumbo prawns marinated in yoghurt with red chilli, chicken marinated in yoghurt, and red snapper eagerly await to be mopped up with garlic naan and paratha. Monsoon brings Southeast Asian flavours to the table with its five-course festive menu ($288) on 24 and 25 December, featuring oysters, salmon wrapped in betel leaf, watermelon and salmon salad, and steamed barramundi.

Boticario will host a three-course Christmas menu ($598 per person) on 24 and 25 December, offering Caesar salad, slow-cooked short ribs, truffle pappardelle in mushroom sauce, and strawberry cheesecake, alongside grilled asparagus and fries. For a feast with a view, head to Alto for a six-course Christmas dinner ($688 per person) on 24 and 25 December, where chicken liver and foie gras parfait, poached lobster and white crab cocktail, beef Wellington, and roasted British turkey await. It is also hosting a festive brunch with unlimited starters ($488 per person) on 25 and 26 December, which includes smoked mackerel salad, braised beef cheek, plankton risotto, and decadent sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce.

See off the year with a modern European spread at Harbourside Grill, where the five-course Christmas dinner menu ($888 per person) on 24 and 25 December contains hits such as Jerusalem artichoke velouté, foie gras and truffle terrine, seared Hokkaido scallop, pan-fried sea bass, and vol-au-vent with wild mushrooms. An Italian affair takes place at Spiga, where the Christmas tasting menu ($688 per person) brings amberjack carpaccio, pumpkin tortelli, grilled black cod, and yoghurt chocolate mousse to your table. Spiga is also offering a festive Italian brunch buffet ($418 per person) from 25 to 27 December, with premium cold cuts, salads, soups, fresh seafood, oysters, a roast carving station, fresh bakes, and a dessert buffet are up for grabs.

British export Duck & Waffle is doing what it does best for its four-course Christmas dinner ($700 per person) over 24 and 25 December, serving up foie gras custard, confit duck leg with buttermilk waffle, grilled USDA prime rib-eye, beef fat potatoes, and brioche and raisin pudding. Last but not least, Fiamma is presenting a four-course Christmas menu ($588 per person) on 24 and 25 December, featuring cod brandade with carasau bread, risotto with pumpkin, grilled cotechino sausage with rich lentil stew, and a pandoro sponge cake.

Shore Hospitality

For the month of December, Shore Hospitality is hosting Christmas feasts across its portfolio of restaurants, which includes Cull ‘N Pistol, The Salted Pig, The Pizza Pig, and The Blind Pig. Available for lunch and dinner, the festive menu ($178 per person) features turkey ballotine, honey ham, chestnut bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, sautéed greens, gravy, cranberry sauce, and banana bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream.

Porterhouse and Ciao Chow will cover the Western range of cuisines with a six-course Christmas set dinner ($888 per person) and Italian Christmas Eve antipasti dinner ($588 per person), respectively. ZS Hospitality Group

For a Christmas that’s a little less ordinary, head to ZS Hospitality Group’s roster of restaurants, where European-Singaporean fusion, upscale Korean cuisine, and plant-based dining await you from 24 to 26 December.

Chef Barry Quek at Whey has curated a nine-course festive menu ($1,888 per person) that takes diners on a splendid journey of Western-meets-Singaporean flavours, exhibited through dishes like chicken liver parfait, aged Barbary duck, candlenut ice cream, and buah keluak panettone. Hansik Goo will trade in a special menu ($1,888 per person) of beef brisket suyuk, Korean mustard salad, the Hanwoo duo, and a seafood platter. Lastly, Miss Lee’s four-course Christmas lunch ($280 per person) and seven-course Christmas dinner ($480 per person) will have you indulging in winter delights while feeling good about your meat-free dining choices.

Cornerstone

Arcane Collective

Chef Shane Osborn’s Arcane Collective prepares for Christmas at its three restaurants, offering dinner and lunch on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (depending on the location). Arcane’s festive set lunch (starting from $988 per person) features a range of dishes made from sustainable seafood, such as the king crab rolled in avocado with Oscietra caviar and fried langoustines. Cornerstone brings its bistro sensibilities to a festive set lunch ($498 per person) and festive set dinner ($698 per person), where the pan-seared Wagyu striploin steals the show. Newest addition Moxie has introduced a number of seasonal specials, including the brie and mushroom tart ($168) and the creative jackfruit meat pie ($208) served with chestnuts and sprouts to please vegan diners.

Meraki Hospitality

Meraki Hospitality brings a tropical Christmas to our shores with Uma Nota’s Christmas menu ($550 per person), an exclusive affair available only on 24 and 25 December. Combining Japanese and Brazilian flavours, the feast starts off with a cured seabass served with açai ponzu, a crab handroll topped with Baikal caviar, grilled scallops with yuzu butter, and mains of roasted suckling pig leg with Nashi pear purée and grilled mushrooms.

The Pottinger

For a festive Mediterranean meal, head to The Pottinger’s Gradini Ristorante e Bar Italiano. Its five-course Christmas dinner menu ($888 per person) is available from 24 and 26 December and features delicacies like lobster with edamame purée, butternut squash soup, housemade ravioli, pan-fried Dover sole fillet, and beef Wellington. End the meal on a sweet note with a moreish tiramisù. Its Christmas brunch ($688 per person)—available from 25 to 27 December—also hits the mark with pan-fried foie gras, caviar with pan-fried Hokkaido scallop, roasted turkey with trimmings, and a baked Boston lobster Thermidor.

Cruise into Christmas at Hyatt Centric, where The Farmhouse and Cruise are dishing up fabulous festive treats. Over at the Hyatt Regency in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s five-course Christmas set dinner ($1,388 per person) on 24 and 25 December is dressed to impress, with the restaurant’s tableside service at hand for a theatrical affair. From lobster bisque and prawn cocktail to roasted turkey and rib of beef, a good time is guaranteed. For the festive brunch ($958 per person) on 25 and 26 December, look forward to roasted French chicken, pan-fried French Challandais duck breast, half Boston lobster Thermidor, and a host of desserts and pastries.

Last but not least, at the Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin, Café will offer a festive buffet (starting from $430 per person) for lunch and dinner from 24 to 27 December, filled with lamb chops, honey-glazed gammon ham, Portuguese-style baked lobster claw, pan-fried duck foie gras, traditional Christmas pudding, and more.

Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel

Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel and its flagship Italian restaurant, Cucina, will be rolling out a six-course Italian set dinner ($1,388 per person) across 24 and 25 December. Chaat is going family-style with a 12-course festive dinner ($1,688 per person) of Indian bites on 24 December, while the nine-course Christmas lunch ($988 per person) will be offered on 25 December.

Holt’s Café is offering a festive three-course set lunch ($388 per person) and set dinner ($438 per person) throughout the month of December, as well as a festive feast (starting from $1,480 per person) on 24 and 25 December for dinner and 25 and 26 December for lunch, while The Legacy House adds Cantonese dining to the festivities with an eight-course Christmas Eve festive menu ($1,380 per person) and an eight-course Christmas Eve premium menu ($1,880 per person) in the private dining room.
