In several videos circulating around Facebook, three large cows are seen wandering about Mui Wo's Fusion, munching on apples, oranges, cherries, and more. While fellow customers stoles glances and pictures of the trio of bovines, everyone thankfully remained calm.

Customers and Fusion employees eventually managed to shoo the cows out of the store successfully, with no cow or human being harmed in the process. After the cows left, the fruits and chilled goods the cows had munched on were thrown out, and the shelves were sterilised.
The sun-soaked streets of Lantau are known for giving cows almost free reign around town, so the bovine sightings weren't really a huge surprise, but a fun sight nonetheless. Perhaps the cows were scared by the sound of firecrackers in the villages, and accidentally stumbled into the supermarket, or maybe they just wanted to have their own Chinese New Year feast with the supermarket's mouthwatering fruits. Whatever their reasons, it certainly made for an entertaining video.
