Where to buy eco-friendly home products in Hong Kong

By Danielle Roberts 16 October 2019

As an eco-conscious shopper, you might know the best spots for eco-friendly grocery shopping, and you might even know where to get sustainable clothing. But what about general eco-friendly home products, like cleaning supplies, furniture, kitchenware, bedding, towels, gardening, storage, or even pet products? These are important areas in our daily life where sustainable consciousness would go a long way as well.

Thankfully, Hong Kong has a selection of great shops to help you keep making the best decisions you can for the planet and future generations. Danielle Roberts, a Canadian writer and ESL kindergarten teacher who has called Hong Kong home since 2015, highlights the very best ones.

Bamboo releases 35 percent more oxygen than trees and requires no pesticides in its growth due to natural virility, so it really is a bit of an environmental wunderkind.
