Gather ‘round, cocktail lovers! The Campari Negroni Week is making its well-anticipated return this September. From a series of themed drinks lists to shifts led by the best guest mixologists, here’s what you can look forward to at this eleventh edition of Negroni Week!
Much to our delight, the Italian spirit Campari has once again partnered with Imbibe Magazine for Negroni Week. Throughout the week and as they raise funds for Slow Food, an international organisation striving to create a more sustainable food and beverage industry, participating bars and restaurants will offer their own twists on the classic Negroni cocktail.
From 18 to 24 September, more than 100 participating bars across Hong Kong will be serving their unique takes on Negronis, and esteemed mixologists will grace various venues in the city with their expert skills all week long. Impatient parties can look forward to the “Ladies in Red” guest shift at Bar Q88 on 15 September for a first taste of the upcoming week-long, Campari-fuelled buzz.
The exhilarating week officially kicks off on 18 September with Vista’s opening party featuring four mixologists throughout the night, which means there are at least four boozy concoctions to try. You can also try your hand at making your own Negroni!
Inevitably, the week will come to an end at Bar Leone on 24 September. The closing party features a Negroni Aperitivo lunch where mouth-watering fare from the bar is paired with a choice of classic and revamped Negronis.
