Expect to find the controversial fruit in your sweet and savoury dishes, such as their crunchy baked Boston lobster stuffed with durian, double-boiled Musang King durian soup, durian & Godiva twist ice cream, and unlimited helpings to their signature homemade durian ice cream.
Durian afternoon tea guests will also be privy to a special price of $680 per person (original price $980) to join executive chef Danny Ho at his pastry class, between now and 30 October.
