Summer is right around the corner, and there’s no better time to get started on your fitness goals than when the temperature rises and the layers start to come off. We know it is difficult to stay motivated all the time, and hitting the gym and doing the same workouts can get repetitive very quickly.
That’s why group fitness classes are the way to go—you can try different workouts at varying levels of intensity, motivated by a professional. It is also important to complement your workout with a good diet, so you have a balanced intake of protein, carbs, fibre, and vitamins to fuel your workouts and repair your muscles as you recover.
Localiiz is partnering with boutique fitness studio Topfit to give away two spots on their four-week summer programme (worth $3,600 each) to two lucky Localiiz readers! Starting on 24 May 2021, each programme includes 12 group classes (three per week) with a post-workout meal after each class (prepared by their in-house café Topfix), two InBody analyses, and two dietary consultation sessions.
You’ll begin the programme with an InBody body composition analysis, as well as a dietary consultation session. After you’ve completed the month-long programme, you will meet with your consult again for another InBody and dietary consultation session to gauge your results.

The prize(s) will be awarded to the entrants who have answered the competition question(s) correctly as judged by the Localiiz judges. 5. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s) using the contact information provided by the entrant. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Localiiz.com (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant. 6.
