It’s been almost half a year since we first started donning our obligatory face masks. Whether it’s the blue surgical kind or the soft cotton numbers our friends and family brought back for us from Japan before the travel bans (thank you), we can all agree on the fact that face masks are here to stay, at least for the new few years.
Considering the place that face masks now have in our household, why not join in on a fun and artistic initiative to customise face masks to your own preferences and aesthetics? Zionburg, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer of surgical masks, has launched its Colour Away COVID mask-designing competition to encourage creativity among students between ages 12 to 18, hoping to raise awareness about the importance and need to protect youth who lack access to quality masks.
Localiiz is delighted to partner with Zionburg to support their Colour Away COVID mask-designing competition! All you have to do to enter the competition is to download the blank design template, create an original design, and submit it via their submission form. And the best part? The winner will see their design printed on 100,000 custom masks! Additionally, at least 10,000 masks bookmarked for donation to youth communities in need who cannot afford them.
The Colour Away COVID mask-designing competition ends on 8 July 2020, with finalised designs due at the end of July 2020. Production of the custom masks will be completed by late August 2020, with immediate distribution and deliveries. Don’t forget to share the competition with your creative friends and families! Entrants must be ages between 12 and 18 years old and can submit a maximum of three entries.
