Dog parents are in luck! For two days only this April, Star Ferry is collaborating with the SPCA Hong Kong to present a unique “Dog Dog Shipcation” experience aboard one of its iconic vessels. Pups and parents are welcome to join this pet-friendly sailing!

As the first dog-friendly tour on Victoria Harbour, the “shipcation” will take you and your furry pals on a 45-minute ride across the waters from Central. Relax and unwind on the ferry with your dog as you take in the iconic skyline of the city from the centre of the harbour. Participants will also receive a sailor-themed hat and bandana for your furry companion—the perfect outfit for posing for a picture on the ferry.

Apart from putting animal welfare at the forefront of its operations, and rescuing and relocating animals in need, the SPCA also works to promote pet inclusivity in Hong Kong. The collaboration with Star Ferry is part of this effort, which the SPCA hopes will encourage more pet-friendly transportation in the city to benefit pet parents and their furry friends while fostering a friendlier environment for animals overall.

Star Ferry and SPCA Hong Kong’s “Dog Dog Shipcation” will take place on 29 and 30 April only with five sessions across the two dates for you to choose from. The Star Ferry will depart from Central Pier 7. Tickets can be purchased here from now until 26 April.
