The kappo-style restaurant showcases modern Japanese cuisine, inspired by natural wonder. Guests can expect nostalgic dishes, caressed by fresh, seasonal ingredients. There’s an emphasis on a close chef-guest relationship, and the dining counter features a skylight-dressed Japanese washi paper—paying tribute to the chef’s admiration for the clear blue sky. Everything is seen in shades of sky, reminiscent of Japanese cerulean skies. The restaurant even has a dedicated tea-pairing programme, serving as an ode to the perfect brew.
