Yikes! We hope everyone is safely indoors today because Typhoon Hato is not playing about! At 9am this morning the Hong Kong Observatory issued out a No 10 signal as Typhoon Hato reaches Hong Kong, it's the first T10 to hit Hong Kong since back in July 2012. Luckily, Hato is expected to have passed through Hong Kong by tomorrow so for now, hold on tight guys!

If you're at home, make sure all your windows and air vents are sealed shut, and remember to check if there's any water seeping through areas around your air conditioner and ventilation too!

But if you are on a mission to step outside (you must be one brave soldier), the MTR is still providing services at a 15 minute interval on all lines except for the East Rail, Light Rail, Ma On Shan, Disney Resort, and Airport Express lines, which have all been suspended until further notice.
